Hi, I’m Sherry, certified nutrition coach, mother to two kids, cook to a husband, former food business owner, long time yoga teacher and an avid Crossfitter. Phew, what a mouthful! For years I went through various fad diets to lose that baby fat that no matter how hard I tried, wouldn’t shift. I tried going gluten free, dairy free, found paleo, ended up a hardcore Whole30’er only to pack on more pounds and feeling more tired at the gym. It wasn’t until I started researching nutrition as an individual need that I realised there wasn’t one single type of plan that was effective.

Back then, I was following programmes that other people were claiming to be the end all be all of diets and wondering why I wasn’t losing weight. That’s why I created Munchies & Macros, because I understand that each of us are individuals with different needs.
