This is our story……
Meet Tim, my husband, and also officially my first client. After using everything I learnt to change my body and my training, together we helped my husband reach his fitness goals by adjusting his nutrition. It goes without saying that when you have a nutrition plan full of exciting and new recipes, it’s easier to stick to. This of course meant that he was still able to eat some of his favourite foods like ice-cream and other sweet treats.
Knowing how to dial in your nutrition is key to success and no matter what age you are, reaching your fitness goals is always possible so long as those goals take into account your personal circumstances.
Now, well in his 40’s, my husband is the fittest he has ever been, thanks to good nutrition.
