My story

It was only when I realised I was training 7 days a week and still not seeing results that I knew something had to give. As a busy Mum of two kids and a Masters Athlete in my 40’s, I didn’t have time to keep hitting the gym and hoping something would shift. 

 

I started to look into the food I was eating and how it was fuelling my body…and that was when everything changed. I started to tweak what I was eating, and when I was eating, and that’s when all the pieces fell into place. 

 

Now I train lesseat more and lift heavier than ever before. And as a qualified nutrition coach, I can show you how to do it too!

The Munchies & Macros approach

You’ve probably read about all the diet trends. You might have even tried them.

 It’s great to know all that information but it won’t help unless you know which one suits your body.

Here are some of the factors that affect how well they work:

  • Your body type

  • Your age range

  • Your lifestyle (family commitments, work, even doing housework)

  • Your style and frequency of training

  • Your training goals

When we work together, I create a specific macronutrient plan to suit your body. I look at all the factors above and calculate your dietary intake in a plan that’s customised for you, and you only. 

You can’t keep training and eating like you’re 21 (wouldn’t that be nice though?). I want you to love your body and work with it, not against it.

I’m a self-confessed foodie, so there is no way I’m giving up meals with friends and family or indulging in the odd treat on the weekend. That ain’t my style! I understand the importance of having the freedom to eat the foods you enjoy whilst maintaining your fitness goals. 

 

That's why we’ll work together to create healthy habits that give you flexibility and fun with your food.
