Your custom calorie and macronutrient plan

Your custom calorie and macronutrient plan sets out your recommended calorie intake, and levels of protein, fats, carbohydrates (your macros) for your body and your goals. It includes a phased plan targeting each macronutrient and explains how and when to hit each group to fuel your body. This is tailored science for your body and is 100% unique to you.

1-1 Zoom coaching calls

The coaching plan comes with 40-minute meetings every two weeks to check progress and go through any issues or questions you may have. We’ll plan the next phase or chat about wins or sturggles. This is your meeting, so you can guide the direction we take.

Weekly Check-ins

You get weekly 1-1 check-ins via email to see how you’re getting on with the goals we’ve set for the week. This is the perfect way to stay accountable and on track to hitting your goals. You’ll receive weekly tasks and assignments that are designed to change your mindset around food and create better habits for longterm success.

 Unlimited email and access to private Slack channel 

You can email me with questions or general support when things get tough. We can chat about anything, from meal inspirations to energy levels and recovery.

I developed this recipe book especially for my Munchies and Macros clients. It contains ideas for delicious, flavour-packed meals to help you stay on track. All recipes are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and perfect for freezing so you can plan your week’s meals with ease. (You can purchase this separately, but I recommended that you have prior experience in macro counting and demonstrate a healthy relationship with food.)

Why Masters Athlete?

The simple reason is, I am a Masters Athlete! 

 I started by coaching my husband who’s a 40+ Masters Athlete and from there the interest in coaching this age group grew. 

 I’m fascinated with how to fuel optimal performance for all 40+ athletes while taking into account different training schedules and our busy day-to-day lives.

I want to teach you how to work with your body, not fight against it.  

My husband Tim, who was my first client, was able to transform his body and increase PR’s whilst enjoying the macro tailored meals I designed for him.

How does the programme work?

1.    We start with an in-depth look at your body composition, goals, day-to-day life, training and lots more factors. These form the basis of your tailored plan. I’ll send alll the documentation and forms to complete over email. 

2.    When I’ve received your response, I’ll calculate your calorie and macro split based on the information you’ve given me and design your customised plan. 

3.    Then we schedule your first private coaching call and discuss your tailored plan for the following 16-weeks (that’s 4 months!) I’ll talk you through your custom calorie and macro plan and explain how it works. The plan will show you the calories and macros to eat each day to achieve your goal. 

4.    I’ll then set your first weekly task. This could be ‘consume 6-8 cups of vegetables each day’ or ‘keep a daily journal”. Everything is specifically tailored to you. I take into account your family life, current training schedule and time available - I won’t set unattainable tasks! 

5.    We have weekly check-in sessions via email. I’ll check on your progress, how you’re feeling and answer any questions. I’ll then set you a new task for the upcoming week. None of this is cookie-cutter, each task is tailored to you and will take account your progress the previous week. We’ll also be reviewing your calorie and macronutrient levels. 

6.    Every 2 weeks we have a 40-minute Zoom call. This will be a more detailed check-in session where you can ask me anything that’s on your mind. 

7.    Throughout the 4 months you will have unlimited access to me via email or a private Slack channel. 

8.    When the 16-weeks comes to an end, we wrap up with as assessment of your goals and what you’ve achieved, and should you choose to continue with the program you will have options to do so. If however, you choose to complete your coaching, I’ll create a personalised plan for you to take away to continue your Munchies and Macros journey and stick to your goals. 

9.    If you need some extra assistance or accountability, you can always book a 1 hour 1-1 coaching session to top up your knowledge and get in-depth advice. 

10.    As a ‘graduate’ of the programme, you’re eligible to a 10% discount if you choose to continue with the programme with a further 16 weeks
